It follows Storm Jorge yesterday
All the outages are in Atlantic coastal counties, which felt the brunt of yesterday's storm.
A small amount in the Bantry area of West Cork are still without power this morning.
This morning - a Status Yellow snow / ice warning remains in place for Ireland until 9am.
Road Safety Authority spokesperson, Brian Farrell is advising motorists to use caution when driving through black ice:
