IBTS issue urgent appeal for blood donors

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service in Cork is reminding people that they are urgently appealing for blood donors.
The IBTS says the start of a new year can be a challenging time for them to meet required blood stock levels.
They are calling on people to attend it's Cork clinics as all stocks of blood types are particularly low.
A mobile clinic is being held at the GAA Pavillion in Bandon this evening from 5.00 to 8.30pm and clinics also run every week at St. Finbarr's Hospital on the Douglas Road.
