IFA express concern over fatal farming accidents

The Irish Farmers Association says it's "extremely worried" by the increasing number of fatal farming accidents. 17 people have died in incidents since the start of the year including two children on Cork farms In May, 18-month-old Fionn Cashman died in an accident on a farmyard outside Killeagh, in East Cork. Fionn was struck by a reversing tractor in the farmyard. He died before he could be transferred to Cork University Hospital. On Friday 3 year old Fionn Mulhall died from crush injuries - it's understood he became trapped beside a JCB in a farmyard just outside Drimoleague.
