Illegal cigarettes seized in Cork
Illegal cigarettes with a street value of more than six and a half thousand euro have been seized in Cork.
They were found earlier today when Revenue officers searched a Liberian registered cargo vessel in Cork Port.
The cigarettes, branded 'L&M Red', 'Winston Blue' and 'Rothmans', represented a potential loss to the Exchequer of 4,400 euro.
