Inchydoney Inshore Lifeboat Association asking people to swim in areas patrolled by lifeguards only
It's after the crew launched twice this week to warn people to stay out of the eastern and western channels at the beach
Cork County Council has installed signs warning people that the channels are dangerous due to rip currents, however the association says people continue to swim in the area.
They are asking people to only swim between the areas marked with red and yellow flags.
