An Bord Pleanala gave the firm's plans for a €160 million incinerator project the go ahead on Thursday
Opponents to the project established a GoFundMe campaign after the decision, to help raise up to €200,000 to mount a possible legal challenge against the decision in the High Court.
Campaign group Cork Harbour Alliance for a Safe Environment says it is focused on exploring its only legal option in the wake of the planning decision for the multi million euro facility
Indaver says it remains open to engaging in dialogue with the residents in Ringaskiddy in order to address their concerns
