Information meeting for former members of Blarney Hotel and Golf resort to be held

A virtual information meeting is being held tonight for former members of the Blarney Hotel and Golf Resort leisure complex.
Solidarity TD Mick Barry is hosting the meeting and says former members have not received a membership fee refund, despite the sale of the hotel to the HSE for a reported €3 million last week.
The 61-bed hotel closed in January last year, however the golf course has remained open.
The Cork North-Central TD says former staff are also understood to be owed holiday pay.
Deputy Barry says the closure affected hundreds of members and says a solicitor will be attending tonight's meeting.
