Injunction To Be Heard Tomorrow On the Removal Of A Caravan From Fermoy Housing Estate

Residents of Beechfield Estate say rubbish is now beginning to mount up beside the caravan
An injunction is due to be heard at Cork Circuit Court tomorrow in relation to the removal of a caravan located on the green area of a housing estate in Fermoy
Three weeks ago a court order was issued to Emma O'Driscoll and Jason O'Donoghue for the removal of the mobile home they had installed next to the caravan in Beechfield Estate.
The couple relocated their mobile home to Kilcrumper graveyard following a 9 day stand off with residents in the estate
Emma O'Driscoll says she, her partner and their three children - all under the age of five - have been on a waiting list for a house for years and they're on the brink of homelessness.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show local resident Jim says bags of rubbish are now mounting up around the caravan and they fear it will draw rats
