INMO & HSE To Meet Today To Discuss Measures To Tackle Trolley Crisis

The INMO and HSE are meeting in the city again today to discuss measures to tackle the current trolley crisis.
For the second day in a row, there were 760 people without a bed in Irish hospitals yesterday after a record was set on Monday.
Elective procedures have been cancelled at four hospitals including Cork University Hospital and the Mercy because of the extent of the overcrowding.
Consultant Cardiologist John Barton says the problem won't improve for many years because of a lack of infrastructure:
