INMO Recommends Members Accept Proposals To Resolve Recent Strike Action

The nursing union the INMO has recommended its members accept proposals aimed at resolving their recent strike.

It says there's no longer reason to fear the contract, after the Labour Court ruled in the union's favour on disputed parts of the new deal.

The INMO's Phil Ní Sheaghda says that includes guarantees that new nurses and midwives can reach a higher pay scale in less than two years.
