INMO Say HSE's Decision To Approve Hiring Of Nurses At End Of December Came Too Late

The latest trolley figures showed a record 73 patients were forced to wait for a bed at the hospital yesterday
The union have hit out at the HSE after they were forced to call for increased bed capacity and the cancellation of elective proceedures until the situation at CUH is under control.
The HSE approved the recruitment of 50 nurses on the 20th of December.
However speaking to RedFD News, Liam Conway from the INMO says the hiring should have been approved sooner:
