Inquest into death of singer "Black" returns verdict

The inquest into the death of British singer "Black" in Cork earlier this year has returned a verdict of accidental death

Colin Verancombe died two weeks after his car spun out of control on the Cork-Kinsale Road 

Assistant State Pathologist, Dr Margaret Bolster said that the singer, who was originally from Liverpool but residents in West Cork, had died from traumatic brain injury with brain swelling, contusions and bleeds along with oxygen deprivation to the brain due to a road traffic collision.

The Jury returned a verdict of accidental death.
