Insurance premiums for businesses doubled or tripled by insurance fraud
That's according to ISME who says the government needs to introduce tougher laws on insurance fraud
It wants lying under oath during claims cases to be made a statutory offence punishable by jail time.
Neil McDonnell, CEO of ISME, says repeat claimants should be targeted.
