Involuntary manslaughter to be consider in Berkeley balcony investigation

The DA of Almeda County made the comments last night.
The DA of Alameda County's to consider involuntary manslaughter in the investigation into the Berkeley balcony collapse.
Nancy O'Malley confirmed last night that her office has opened a criminal investigation into the incident that killed six students and left seven more injured.
However she says multiple questions must be answered before a decision can be made on criminal liability.
A team of 66 investigators will be at the disposal of the investigation.
DA O'Malley has promised it will be thorough and exhaustive.
