The Irish Petroleum Importers Association says price hikes are also likely as World Trade Organisation tariffs would be placed on some products imported from Britain.

The Sunday Business Post reports the supply of petrol, diesel and kerosene will be disrupted, with rural Ireland likely worst affected.
