Irish Has Second Highest Mortgage Interest Rates In Eurozone
Irish lenders charged a weighted average interest rate of 2.79% on a new mortgage in February
Although there is considerable variance across countries, the Eurozone average was just 1.27%.
The volume of new mortgages sanctioned in the month was up 7 per cent on February 2020.
