Irish Rail call off planned strike on Tuesday
Unions have suspended their industrial action while workers are balloted on a new pay deal.
Under the terms, they would receive a 2.5% pay increase every year for the next three years.
They would also receive a once off goodwill voucher worth €500 euro.
Greg Ennis from SIPTU says the result of the ballot will be known on December the 8th.
