Irish security chiefs in constant contact with UK counterparts

Irish security chiefs say they're in daily contact with their counterparts in the UK.
Representative from the departments of Justice, Health, Defence and Transport briefed Government Ministers this morning on Ireland's readiness for a Manchester style attack.
Gardaí have also said they're working closely with event organisers throughout the summer to ensure public safety.
The Tánaiste Frances Fitzgerald has warned we cannot allow fear to change our way of life.
Communications Minister Denis Naughten who was at this morning's meeting said he was reassured that Ireland could deal with a terrorist attack:
