Irish water urge Cork homeowners to avail of first fix leak scheme
The first fix scheme is a means to combat leaks in households
Cork householders have been urged to avail of a free scheme by Irish Water to fix water leaks.
Irish Water first launched the first fix leak repair scheme in 2015 to combat water leakage across the country.
Since its launch, Irish Water have detected over 75,000 leaks country wide with 9,000 leaks in Cork alone.
So far over 1,500 households in Cork have availed of the scheme.
