ISPCA warns against buying puppies illegally this Christmas
Listeners are being warned against buying animals and puppies illegally this Christmas.. It follows the discovery of a puppy farm in North Cork - the ISPCA says the young dogs were destined for the Christmas market.. The dogs were being bred in squalor and horrendous conditions when they were found by an ISPCA inspector..
