It's "With or Without You" for U2 as their manager steps down

The news that Paul McGuinness is stepping down as manager of U2 has come as a shock to the music industry. After 30 years, he's decided to leave the band, and Madonna's manager Guy Oseary will take over the day to day running of U2. McGuinness released a statement to the New York Times saying that as he approaches the musically relevant age of 64, he's resolved to take a less hands-on role.
