Jack Lynch Tunnel-Dunkettle interchange upgrade in doubt
There is no funding available for the upgrade of the Jack Lynch Tunnel-Dunkettle interchange. Transport Minister Pascal Donohoue confirmed the lack of funding for the junction which sees more than 76,000 vehicles pass through daily.
