James Reilly Says Halligan Should Accept Proposal
Fine Gael's deputy leader says John Halligan should consider making "alternative arrangements for himself".
James Reilly says that's the only alternative if the junior minister does not accept proposals for the existing cath lab at University Hospital Waterford.
The former health minister says the offer of extended hours is a reasonable one based on the report of Dr Niall Herity.
He says the Waterford TD should accept the proposal, as his successor Simon Harris cannot go any further:
