JBB revellers urged to dig deep for Marymount

Over 1,200 patients were seen by the Marymount community palliative care service last year. 2 million euro is needed to maintain this service as well as fund a second ward at the Bishopstown facility - which is set to open next month. The RedFM Jingle Bell Ball is supporting the cause and people are being urged to show their support. The Coronas are headlining this evening's event which is being held at Cork Opera House. Dan Cowman is Vice-Chairman of The Friends of Marymount Hospice. He's been telling Cork's RedFM about why he got involved: Press PLAY button above to listen to the audio
