Job Vacancies Fall By 4% Over The Last Year Despite Economy Growing
That's according to IrishJobs.ie
The number of job vacancies fell by 4 per cent over the last year despite the economy growing.
IrishJobs.ie says accounting, financial services and pharmaceuticals were the main industries that reined in their hiring.
The jobs site says the uncertainly around Brexit has made recruitment more difficult.
Job vacancies in the hospitality and construction sectors saw 6 and 7 per cent increases respectively.
