John Delaney Refuses To Comment Further On The Loan He Made to The FAI

He says he is acting on legal advice which precludes him from commenting further on the €100,000 loan
Senior FAI officials are appearing before the Oireachtas Sport Committee to answer questions on the money, and governance within the organisation.
Earlier, the FAI revealed it was at risk of having "insufficient funds" in April 2017, leading to former CEO John Delaney providing a personal cheque for "immediate financial relief".
The money was repaid in June 2017, and the FAI board was told about the payment on March 4th 2019.
