Justin Bieber says he's feeling better after complaining of breathing difficulties and getting a check up from doctors. He's tweeted a picture of himself in a London hospital. The singer says they're trying to figure out what happened to cause him to come off stage for a time during his concert last night. He returned to finish the gig before going for treatment.
