Katherine Zappone Says It's Time To Try New Things To Get Ibrahim Halawa Home

The Children's Minister says it's now time to do things we haven't tried before in order to get Ibrahim Halawa home.
The cabinet has asked Ireland's Chief Medical Officer to nominate an independent doctor to carry out a medical assessment of Ibrahim in his Egyptian jail.
The Dubliner's health is understood to be deteriorating rapidly - his family says he's receiving glucose injections to keep him alive.
It comes as his trial is due to come before courts today - however it's already been postponed 19 times.
