Kerry restaurant owner says he's opening in July and is prepared to be arrested if needs be

Paul Treyvaud says if he is not open by then everything he has worked for is gone.
It is still unclear when hospitality is set to be allowed reopen.
But Paul who owns Treyvaud's Restaurant in Killarney says he is opening no matter what:
"I have to take a stance, we just can't continue keep going with the incompetency of a government whose communication is appalling. The people of Ireland- the government have lost them- and I'm giving you four months guys to get your act in gear here, because particularly in rural Ireland, if we're not open for the first of July. It doesn't matter if they let us open in October, November or December, there's going to be nobody in Kerry."
