Kingsley hotel to reopen its doors after 2009 floods
The Kingsley Hotel will finally re-open it's doors to the public later today. The luxury hotel has remained closed for the last four years after it was destroyed in the 2009 floods. The Beijing based Kang family bought the hotel for €6m and several millions more has since been pumped into it as part of refurbishment works. http://youtu.be/AP-lwnIdS9U The purchase was made along side the 500 acre Fota estate. Speaking to RedFm News Seamus Leahy marketing director of the Kingsley Hotel says he expects the first guests to arrive at around 3pm today. Click the PLAY button above to hear.
