L-plate Passengers to be breathalysed?
L-plate passengers could soon be breathalysed. The Road Safety Authority says a supervisor of a learner driver can't act responsibly if they are intoxicated. Gardai are currently not permitted to test the passenger to see if they're over the legal blood alchohol limit. But the RSA wants this changed.
