A Labour TD believes the relationship between the Department of Health and patient advocates has broken down.
Alan Kelly's comments come following yesterday's publication of a 'rapid review' into the CervicalCheck screening programme, which found over 4,080 women had delayed test results communicated to them due to an IT glitch at a US lab.
Deputy Kelly, says the relationship breakdown is worrying and it's now important Health Minister Simon Harris steps in:
