Landowners could face levy on underdeveloped sites in Cork
Cork City Council is setting up a new Vacant Sites Register to record all underdeveloped sites in the city.
The new register has been proposed in an attempt to increase the amount of houses available in Cork, with developers and landowners being forced to use the sites or face a 3% annual levy.
