Leesiders Advised To Limit Their Movements This Evening And Prepare For Stormy Conditions

It's as Storm Francis makes landfall across the County
Crisis management teams met this morning ahead of the arrival of the storm, which brings three weather warnings.
Two of those are in effect from 9pm, with an orange alert for rain in 12 counties in the West, North and South.
A yellow advisory is also in place tonight for rainfall across the rest of the country, and a wind warning in the South and East is valid from tomorrow morning.
It's the second storm to hit Cork in a week, with Storm Ellen bringing significant gusts and spot flooding on Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
