Leo Varadkar has officially become Taoiseach
The 38-year-old's been elected the Ireland's 14th Taoiseach and received his seal of office and warrant of appointment from the President
A Cabinet reshuffle's underway this evening as Leo Varadkar takes charge of the country.
He's been having phone calls with British Prime Minister Theresa May and other EU leaders.
In his acceptance speech he said he was elected to lead but promises to serve.
