Liver Disease on the rise in Young people

Cases of Alcholic liver disease is on the rise among young people.
A new report released by the Health Research Board, revealed that instances of liver disease has tripled in people aged 15 to 34.
Alcohol Action Ireland has called on the Government to implement the Public Health Bill without any further delay.
The Bill is the first legislation of it's kind in Ireland and addressess harmful drinking particularly in young people.
Speaking to RedFM News Conor Cullen of Alcohol Action Ireland says the bill will make it easier for young people to make healthier decisions in relation to their alcohol consumption.
