Loans on Cork's tallest building have been sold
The loans on Ireland's tallest building, Cork's Elysian Tower have been sold by NAMA Developer Michael O'Flynn has clarified that the loans on the building have been bought by Blackstone Real Estate not the assets so the Elysian is still part of the O'Flynn Group It's expected the deal which is the biggest asset sale to date by NAMA will be completed this week.
