Localised flooding predicted for Cork

Cork is bracing itself for very wet weather today which may lead to localised flooding over the next few days... Forecasters are warning that up to 30mm of rain is expected to fall today and the unsettled weather will last for the next few days with thunderstorms also forecast across the week.. This bout of bad weather follows Saturday which was the hottest day in Ireland seven months.
