Lord Mayor available to discuss Cork Concerts

The City's Lord Mayor says he is available to talk to Peter Aiken at any stage after the promoter denied reports of being in talks to bring Adele and Garth Brooks to Cork next Summer...
This morning Lord Mayor Cllr Des Cahill claimed that Aiken Promotions are in talks to host the two artists at the newly re-vamped Páirc Uí Chaoimh next June and July..
However Peter Aiken of Aiken Promotions has confirmed to RedFM News that he has not been in talks with anyone in relation to securing either of these artists for Cork and has described the remarks as "irresponsible"
Speaking to RedFM News the Lord Mayor says it wasn't his intention to be disruptive in this matter.
