Last year only three units of social housing were built in the city
The Lord Mayor has slammed criticism of the City Council after it emerged that only three units of social housing were built in the city last year.
The lack of development has come under fire after it was revealed that only three houses were built in Blackrock and on the Tory Top road in Ballyphehane.
However the Lord Mayor says their focus isn't solely on construction and up to 1,700 social houses will be provided by the end of this year.
