Macroom's new Lidl store opens
Macroom's new Lidl store opens it's doors today 5 months after construction began.
Over 60 jobs were created during the construction phase.
The new facility offers a number of new amenities including a larger fresh bakery and a Lidl to go coffee.
Lidl has 150 stores in Ireland, bringing the total number of employees to over 4,200.
