Majority Of Adults Think Getting Drunk Is Part Of Irish Culture

70% of adults think getting drunk is "just a part of Irish culture".

That's one of the findings from DrinkAware.

 

The group - which is funded by the drinks industry - is encouraging people to watch how much they consume over the St. Patrick's Day weekend.

 

The alcohol limit for men is 17 drinks a week, while it's 11 for women.
