Majority of Retailers Applying Rounding
8 out of 10 retailers are applying rounding, according to a new survey by RG Data published by the Central Bank today.
A separate Red C poll found that 93 percent of people who were surveyed, think rounding is a good idea or makes no difference.
The process was introduced almost a year ago to help reduce the levels of 1 and 2 cent coins in circulation.
