Man arrested and charged following seizure of suspected drugs and cash
Gardaí have arrested and charged a man in relation to the seizure of approximately €11,500 of suspected drugs and cash in Cork city on May 25, 2021.
Gardai carried out a search at apartment in the Upper John Street area of Cork city at around 1pm on Tuesday.
During the course of the search Gardaí seized €10,500 of suspected cannabis herb, over €1,000 in cash and mobile phones.
A man in his 30s, was arrested at the scene and has since been charged and is due to appear before Cork City District Court on June 2.
