Man decapitated in French factory attack

The French President says the attack was terrorist in nature.

The French President Francois Hollande says the attack on a factory near Lyon was terrorist in nature.

One man's been decapitated, and a number of others were injured in the blast at the Air Product factory, near Lyon.

Police have arrested one man - who was known to intelligence services.

Local media say the man has claimed allegiance to Islamic State.

President Francois Hollande has cut short a trip to Brussels, and is meeting with Defence officials this afternoon.

He spoke before leaving Brussels.
