Man Detained In Rotterdam After Terror Threat On Concert Venue
The driver of a van - registered in Spain - is being held by Dutch police after gas cylinders were found inside the vehicle near a concert venue in Rotterdam.
Officers made the discovery after a tip-off from Spanish authorities about a potential terror threat.
The performance by an American rock band was cancelled as a result.
It's not thought to be linked to the investigation into the Catalonia attacks.
