Man dies suddenly at a shopping centre in the city
It's been confirmed to RedFM News that gardaí are attending the scene of the sudden death of an elderly man at a shopping centre in the Merchant's Quay area of the city.
The man who was in his 70s passed away suddenly at 3.30pm.
Emergency services responded to the scene.
Fire brigade are among the emergency services at the scene and two units responded just before 4pm.
Gardaí say inquires are continuing.
