Man due in court in the city after Gardaí seized drugs and cash worth over €17,000
Gardaí from the Mayfield Drugs Unit carried out a search warrant on a house in Mahony Square, Blackpool at around 3pm on Saturday.
€15,000 worth of cocaine and €2,100 in cash was discovered and seized.
A man in his 20s was arrested this morning in relation to the investigation and detained at Mayfield Garda Station.
He has since been charged and will appear in the District Court this morning.
