Man killed in yesterday's road crash on the N20 Cork to Limerick Road has been named locally

Seven people have been treated in hospital following a fatal collision on the N20 Cork to Limerick Road yesterday.
A man in his early 70s died when the truck he was driving collided with four other cars at the Killarney Roundabout in Mallow at 12:30pm.
The man, who has been named locally as Rod Sweetnam from Castlemartyr, was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was taken to Cork University Hospital.
A horse was also killed when the trailer it was travelling on overturned.
Four men and three women aged in their teens to their late 60s were taken to CUH where they are being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
