Man under the care of Cork University Hospital after incident near Garrettstown Beach
Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to the scene near the Garrettstown cliffs in West Cork this morning
The man, aged in his 60s, was later transferred to CUH where he is currently receiving treatment.
